Donor advised funds make it possible for donors to benefit from efficient tax-planning strategies and provide great flexibility in grants to qualified charities. 

Planned gifts are a way for a donor to benefit from the appreciation of assets held long-term and to receive an income for life or a selected period of time. NCCF offers charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, and life estate agreements.  NCCF is prepared to handle life insurance gifts and work with the donor on the transfer of retirement plan assets.
