Bequests
One way to create your legacy is through a charitable bequest. A charitable bequest is accomplished by naming Northwest Christian Community Foundation in your will or living trust as beneficiary of a specific amount or percentage of the total estate.
Your charitable bequest is deductible for estate tax purposes. This gift may significantly reduce or eliminate federal estate tax.

Establishing a legacy through your estate plan is a testimony for generations to come of your faithfulness to the Lord. Estate planning is one of the most important acts of stewardship one will ever undertake. You can designate in your will or living or living trust that your assets are to be used to establish an advised fund from which your children can model the values you have instilled in them. Your estate plan can establish a scholarship fund or an endowment fund at NCCF that can be a lasting legacy of your christian testimony.
Your bequest in support of Northwest Christian Community Foundation may be for a specific dollar amount, a percentage of the total estate, or the residual amount remaining after all specific expenses and other bequests have been paid.
